School's Out!

Whew, I did it! I survived another semester! I could have done better in my classes but overall I did good. I have two weeks for a break then I start up my summer school class. Since, I have two weeks just to myself I doing all things I didn't have time to do during the school semester. For example, read my collection of romance novels. I don't know what it is but I am addict to them. My husband calls it the chic equivalent of porn but I just happen to enjoy happy endings with sex thrown in. It's totally normal, right? Besides that I get to catch up on household chores and cooking for my man. I feel kind of wifey when I cook and clean for my husband probably because I don't do it very often during the semester and he really appreciates it when I do. I am catching up with friends I haven't spoken to in a while and buying things for the house that make it look pretty. We bought my husband a new computer and he is enjoying it a lot but as far as I can tell the only difference is that the picture is less fuzzy and the box is huge. We went to Fry's Electronics and bought the parts and they put it together. It was two hours of my life and I hope that I will never hear him complain when I take him shopping. It was like nerd shopping. Once, my hubbie wandered off and the sales associates started asking me questions at the same time about DVD burners. I admit it, I ran like a girl to find my hubbie just to escape their questions because I didn't know what the hell they were talking about. The rest of the week I plan to relax, go to the vet with my sister, visit some family and go to orientation for my new school. It's amazing, even though I am on a mini vacation for two weeks I still have a lot to do. Wish me luck!
